These Terms & Conditions also serve as the Boostra EULA.
The app already records eulaAcceptedAt per user, so a Terms & Conditions document must exist for users to accept.
Section 5 contains the Community Guidelines required for Apple’s Guideline 1.2 review.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms with Boostra.
If you do not agree, do not use Boostra.
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account and at least 18 years old to buy coins or receive payouts.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
One person may have one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
You can delete your account at any time. See the Deleting Your Account section in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of everything you post.
You grant Boostra a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Boostra.
This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by other users and copies retained in backups.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to everything you post, including music, footage and trademarks.
You may not scrape the service, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the operation of the service, or use automated systems to access the service without our written permission.
Content rules are set out in Section 5.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Boostra.
The short version:
Post things you made, be respectful to others, and never post sexual content involving minors.
No pornography or sexually explicit material.
Absolutely no content that sexualises anyone under 18. This results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities.
No targeting people with abuse, threats or repeated unwanted contact.
No content attacking a group based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, age or sexual orientation.
Do not encourage others to participate in harassment or pile ons.
No graphic violence, gore or threats.
No content promoting suicide, self harm or eating disorders.
No selling drugs, weapons or stolen goods.
No scams, fake giveaways or pyramid schemes.
No impersonating other people or brands.
No bots, bulk posting, buying or trading engagement.
Boosts are the legitimate way to reach more people.
Only post content you own or have permission to use, including the music contained in your content.

Tap the ⋯ menu on any video, comment, profile or message and select Report.
Choose a reason and add additional details if needed.
Reports are anonymous. The person being reported is not told who submitted the report.
We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that violates these guidelines.
Open the person’s profile, tap ⋯, and select Block.
When someone is blocked, they can no longer message you, comment on your videos, or see your content, and you will not see their content.
You can unblock users from Settings at any time.
First or minor breach: content removed and warning issued.
Repeated breaches: temporary suspension.
Serious breaches: permanent ban without warning. This includes anything involving minors, credible threats or coordinated harassment.
Banned users may not create new accounts.
We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice where there is a risk to users or where required by law.
If you believe we made a mistake, email theboostraapp@gmail.com with your username and an explanation of what was removed and why you believe the decision was incorrect.
A human will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Coins are not money.
Coins are a virtual currency used inside Boostra to pay for boosts.
They have no cash value outside the app, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged back into currency.
The only route from Boostra to your bank account is through the creator payout process described in Section 7.
Conversion rate: 100 coins = £1
Coin packs are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and charged to the user’s Apple or Google account.
All coin purchases are final because coins are delivered immediately.
Boostra cannot issue refunds for in app purchases. Refund requests must be made through the store that processed the payment.

If a purchase was charged but your coin balance was not updated, this is a delivery failure rather than a refund request.
Email theboostraapp@gmail.com with the receipt and we will credit the coins.
If you are in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory 14 day right to cancel digital purchases. However, that right may be lost once delivery begins. By purchasing coins, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the applicable cancellation conditions.
A boost spends coins to show your video to more people based on the audience you select.
Boosts are not refundable once started.
We do not guarantee any particular number of views, likes, followers or earnings.
If a boost fails because of a technical issue on our side, we will return the coins.
Coins do not expire while your account remains open.
If you delete your account or we terminate it because of a breach, unspent coins are forfeited.
You are responsible for your own taxes.
Payouts are made gross with no deductions, and we may be required to report payments to tax authorities.
We may pause or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably believe earnings came from fraud, engagement manipulation, stolen content or breaches of these Terms.
We may also pause payments while an investigation is open.
If an account is terminated for a breach, unpaid earnings may be forfeited.
Chargebacks and refunded purchases may be deducted from the earnings they generated.
To dispute a payout, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant details.
